Stephanie is also behind much of what makes our practice run so smoothly. As a practice manager, she goes beyond day-to-day operations, she collaborates with our optical partners, oversees staff workflows, manages vendor relationships, keeps our optical boutique updated with our frame collections ensuring it is organized and easy to navigate, and ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Whether she’s helping a first-time glasses wearer find the perfect pair or offering support during a busy practice day, Stephanie does it all with calm and care.
She’s the go-to problem solver when doctor schedules need realignment, patient handoffs require finesse, or clinical bottlenecks arise. Stephanie works closely with the doctors to resolve operational concerns, streamline exam room logistics, and ensure they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. When Stephanie is not at work, she enjoys tending her garden and flowers, and loves bringing a bit of green into her home. She loves spending time with her family as well as golfing, traveling, and outdoor fun.
